1. Building evaluation

Pre-lease appraisals, negotiations with landlords, planning and special assessments. We analyse in detail your current and future needs in terms of space, functional need and desired culture.

3. Project management

FeatherStone integrate electrical and HVAC design and specification, providing you with the latest innovation and trade advice. We look to our mechanical and electrical professionals to be NICEIC and ISO 9001: 2008 accredited and quality assured.

In the field of HVAC, Refrigeration and electrical many contractors in the UK provide excellent services and highly competitive pricing for standard jobs using off-the-shelf heating and refrigeration equipment backed by tried and tested engineering methods.

Yet, if a requirement arises that doesn’t quite fit in with the standard, many small outfits can’t afford to carry in-house consultants with the capability for custom design and refrigeration calculations. We use proven retained consultants to ensure this category is specified correctly and integrated into our design to maximize value through the tender process.

5. Relocation

Often the last piece to be thought of, the physical relocation is often over looked. We have found that a dedicated consultant can add real value. Either in house or with our preferred partners, we can ensure that the office relocation, furniture, IT, filling or piano is packed, itemized or stored in an efficient and professional manner.

This Swedish restaurant near St Pauls has something of a reputation to live up to – even its name was inspired by the Romans, gourmands who knew how to enjoy food, wine and socialising.
